1 or 2 fan for gtx 1060 6gb

I was looking into buying gtx 1060 6gb and was wonding whats the difference between 1 fan and 2. I was also wondering what is the best brand for the gtx 1060 6gb, example - evga or asus

2 Fans will have better cooling. Any well know brands are good, example : MSi, Gigabyte, EVGA, Asus ( http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-3318812/brand-gtx-1060-6gb.html)
