1 over 3 setup NVidia surround+1 on 2 cards?

title pretty self explanatory - Have 2 EVGA GTX670 4GB. I want to run 3 across surround, with 1 over independent. Can this be done? would I need to use iGPU on board, or add another card? Hoping not as my board phases down 8x/8x on dual and lower on trip or quad
