Question 1 percent gpu usage and 30 cpu during gaming?

I’ve had my system for around 2 years now and my MSI 1660 during fortnite is at 1 percent usage and cpu 30-35 percent usage. I’m getting around 200 FPS and if I lower the settings I drop frames but if I higher them I also drop FPS. R5 3600/w Wraith prism
MSI 1660/ New paste on cpu and gpu
3200mhz Corsair vengeance pro
2x1Tb Sabrent NVME ssd
650w Corsair powersupplt
Asus Mini ITX X570

The software you use to see the usage is def not reading stuff correctly. Are you using MSI Afterburner the latest version?

Your GPU is working harder than 1% if you have 200fps. That's for sure.

my gpu is on 70c but msi afterburner,CAM and task manager all say the same thing
