1 RAM showing out of 2 RAM

My motherboard has only two RAM slots. It has already 2gb of DDR3 RAM. Then I thought of adding another 2gb of DDR3 RAM to speed up my pc as it slows down sometimes. But when I added two RAM it just shows only one 2gb RAM. I tries both my slots with both the RAM but only one RAM is working.

What I can do now?

Tell the RAM models. Mostly mixing up RAM sticks won't work.

How can I find my RAM model by using CPUZ it just showing 1 RAM of DDR3 single channel 658MHZ DRAM frequency and clock time of 24 clocks

2nd RAM is also DDR3 of Dolgix whic i purchased earlier

See the SPD tab of CPU-Z.Say what is showing in "Max bandwidth" and "manufacturer"..

Is that the RAm stick has a sticker saying Crucial ballistix? The other RAM stick must be from the manufacturing of Crucial Technology. You've buy new RAM stick.

Try each stick individually in slot 1 closest to the CPU to ensure they each work, and get the model/part # out of CPU-Z in the SPD tab, so maybe we can get a combo of timings and voltage where they will both work together
