I am not very advanced in tech and i made this account to post this here so please excuse my stupidity or lack of knowledge. I have had a Acer Predator PH-315 laptop for over a year now, and use it mostly for games some heavy and some not.
I was playing yakuza 0 and the game crashed out of nowhere, exactly 30 mins later while playing cyberpunk2077 i suddenly got a blue screen that lasted a second, followed by an immediate shutdown and incomplete startup, and then another incomplete startup, which then completely shutdown the computer. It happened again while playing cs:go which should be less intensive, and this time at the end of the 2nd startup after BSOD, it said "No Bootable Device" and shutdown. After waiting a few mins, incase it was overheated, i switched it on and it booted fine.
I did not find the blue screen error or dump file anywhere, even using applications like BlueScreenView to find them, so maybe it shutdown without making a dumpfile? As a result i have no way of knowing the error code or uploading a dump file here for the BSOD.
Specs:
Manufacturer and model: Acer Predator PH-315
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9750H CPU@2.6GHz
RAM: 16GB
System: 64 bit OS , Windows 10 Home
GPU: RTX2060, Intel UHD 630
please let me know if there is any more info or error files i need to upload or add.
Potential things that could be related:
Things I have attempted and any updates:
I have uninstalled InputMapper, cleared useless files on the SSD and disable auto restart after system failure and made sure that my settings should make a memory dump after system failure. If another BSOD happens i may be able to determine the error code.
Is it possible that my SSD containing system files overheating is a sole cause for a BSOD as such? or is it something else?
Any potential explanations or solutions would be appreciated.

- recently installed a cracked game that was marked as malware, but deleted it after the first BSOD. malwarebytes does not detect any malware as of now. I also had to enable HyperV and install InputMapper for the cracked game ? no idea if its related, but i have uninstalled InputMapper incase it is a problem related to drivers.
- Windows Reliability Monitor has both of the BSOD's at their times reported as critical Errors but the only thing it says is "Windows was not properly shutdown. - The previous system shutdown at 4:43 pm was unexpected".
- A couple months back I also had a single SMART error from Intel Rapid Storage Technology on my 256gb SSD. this SSD contains the system files so it could be the cause. However, according to Crystaldiskinfo and multiple other tools, the SSD is still at 97% health, though for some reason nothing can read any values or perform complete diagnostic tests on it. The only factor that could cause the SMART error would be the temperature. This is i think? the most likely explanation, as the GPU and CPU always go to high temperatures which cause them to throttle sometimes and would also explain . I cannot open it to clean the dust since i know nothing about opening the laptop.
