1 second random freeze

So i have random frezzes for about a second each time and they aren't constant. I have tried disk check and updating drivers but that didn't work.

Can you please confirm if you scanned your PC with any efficient anti-virus program, and ran any free Windows-Optimization utility like Ccleaner or Ashampoo WinOptimizer?

You can also try Running the SFC /SCANNOW Command to check and automatically fix any errors in the system files may have.

Yes. I have ran Malwarebytes and Ccleaner.
I did try that command but after searching it didnt find any errors.

Can you please try Turning Off Fast Boot and see if doing so fixes the problem?
