Question 1 stick of RAM not being detected but it's RGB lights still work ?

Was working fine, went out for 3 hours came back to my pc not booting... Got it to boot by re-seating both sticks but only 1 is recognized. Tried clearing CMOS, reseating, changing slots, a different stick (that one got recognized so i guess its not the motherboard), and memtest86 gave no errors. Not sure what to do other than buying some new RAM. Any thoughts would be appreciated!

RAM - pny xlr8 32gb ddr4 3200mhz RGB
Motherboard - gigabyte b550 gamingx v2

Check your warranty to see if eligible for an exchange. Have you tried the "dead" stick in another PC, just to confirm the status?
