1 sub and 2 speakers on Amp and other 2 speakers on stereo amp

So i am planning to use my 4 channel ( also usable as a 3 channel ) to power a subwoofer on bridged to channel 1 and 2 and another two speaker on the last two channels. But then i am left with 2 more speakers to be connected. Can i connect that 2 to the stereo headunit while the amp is connected to 1 sub and 2 speakers?

This sounds like it's for a car? If so then yes you can have your headunit run speakers independently of your amp. This is a common setup.
