1 tb WD my passport corrupted..

my wd 1tb passport is recently not responding.drive is showing up after some time.bt i does not open.cables are good .detected by disk management.wd customer care guys said may b your file sysytem is corrupted..wat to do??plz help..have many important pictures and files.chdsk thng is nt working

You can also try to recover the data yourself at your own risk because nobody can guess how much of the files will be recovered.
