just overnight (without installing anything new) my fps on my normal games , wow , league of legends has tanked hard from 100+ fps to 20 in wow , and the same in league (did not check fps there just really sluggish running)

if any more info is needed i will provide

edit: did fresh install of gpu drivers yesterday and windows 7 fresh install aprox a month ago due to the same issue

I see you have two GPU's? Have you tried making sure all the conections are proper? Have you taken the GPU out and putting it back in? (I'll be out for 1.5 hrs. Will get back to you when I get back)

oh sorry, i was reading from a program "speccy". the asus is my monitor , i think thats what your referring to.

along with reinstalling the drivers the other day, i cleaned all the dust out and reseated the video card/checked connections

also i noticed i didnt post my psu: 650w 80 plus gold evga

What program are you using for fps? I suggest MSI Afterburner. I ask because, its nice to see what your CPU and GPU usage is. That will help in diagnosing where the problem is coming from.

Also, no background programs eating up CPU usage?

Edit:
Forgot about the fresh install.. So when it happened before, was that on the firt install? Or do you remember any updates possibly that you may have put off for a while.

i was going by the fps in game (and how bad they run) i tried to install afterburner but it was having issues

it happend before downloading any updates, tried downloading them to fix it after the problem arose
