10.0.0.1 not working with Westell 7500

Hello, I am trying to connect to my Westell 7500 router so I can do a bit of port forwarding, but when I try to go to '10.0.0.1' or any of the other numerous gateway IPs, it can't connect. I have tried turning my router off and back on, but that doesn't seem to work. I can get to the page, although when I click on something it says unable to connect as well. I have had the same problem since late 2016.

Have tried 3 different Westell 7500 modems (Centurylink) on win10 and win7, on Firefox, Chrome and IE.

I can only access the default page (10.0.0.1) if hardwired and only after I restart the modem.

Wireless will almost connect ONCE to the setup home page but with broken images and cannot go to any other pages from the setup menu. The second try just gets the "Unable to connect" message.

No problems with the actual wireless internet access. It still works fine.

Centurylink recently stopped supporting this model and perhaps they did something to restrict wireless access for security reasons?
