10-17 LoL FPS. Any upgrades suggested?

I dont need to run at super high wuality i just need to be able to achieve a good fps be it in the super low quality graphics or moderate quality graphics. Or would you rather suggest buying another pc or building a low cost gaming rig?

Ahh, I see, it has some very weak integrated graphics, it's only meant for web browsing and word processing, but it should do better if it had an actual graphics card, at least for LoL.

It doesn't really have much power to spare, so the safest best you could do is likely an Nvidia GT 740 with GDDR5 ram (they make them with both GDDR3 and 5, you want the 5)

Will this be able to run on 250w psu? Or not? bcause thats another i was looking at and the one you suggested might not be able to go with 250w psu. But i'm not sure if it has 250w psu or not because i have not opened the cpu ever.

It should be able to run off that, it doesn't actually need much power as it's a pretty weak GPU on it's own, but LoL isn't that fantastic of a game.

New one is the cheapest one i can find and i dont know if i trust the used one though.

Both are actually as good as the one I linked. So you can go for the cheaper one if you want.
Just know that a used item always carries a risk it won't work.
