10 fps in Games?

hey guys
i recently added an msi rx 560 into my pc, and i installed the drivers. when i get into games like overwatch, i get about 10 fps even on 720p low settings.

my specs:
AMD a10 7800 quad core
Msi Aero ITX rx560 4gb
16gb ram
2tb HDD

anyone know a fix?
 


like i said my graphics drivers are updated, the temps while gaming is 43 degrees C. When i play games my Cpu is maxed out whilst my gpu is anywhere from 50% to 18% and then jumps to 100% at times
