[SOLVED] 10 gb of ram are being used for no reason at idle

I've noticed some crashes in games and decided to open the task manager,it shows that 10 gb of ram are being used but not the apps that are using it.Then i downloaded rammap and it is showing that 6,5GB of ram is being used by “Driver Locked”.I’ve read some articles about it and it seems that it might be the memory allocated to a virtual machine.I’ve been using virtualbox for ubuntu and thought it may be the problem so I uninstalled it completely from my pc.However it didn’t help and the memory still stays at 10gb usage on idle.I’ve tried a lot of things from internet:regedit,clean boot,AV scan,changing the pagefile size,ram scan in cmd etc. and none of them helped.
What can i do now?

What does Resource Monitor show?

It didn’t show anything,however i did a reinstall of the windows following this tutorial:https://www.tomshardware.com/how-to/fix-windows-10-repair-install and now it's using only around 3GB of memory!

You probably had a faulty driver somewhere. That's usually the cause of mysterious memory consumption.
