Question 10 Mbs READ speed from Samsung 1TB QVO 860

As the tittle says. I'm literally getting 10mbs maximum on a 1tb Samsung drive. I've installed Samsung magician and updated the firmware, im running my tests on crystal drive. both my other m.2 drives (sabrent 1tb & 250gb) are 3000+

I have an ASUS X570 PRIME PRO with RYZEN 3700X with latest bios. Does having 2 M.2 effect sata performance? Am i missing something or should i get in touch with Samsung about an RMA?

Second M.2 slot is tied to CHIPset, dou you have newest chipset drivers ? Also Samsung drivers ?
