100-135$ graphics card.

Hello,
I am building a budget build and I was wondering what type of graphics card I should get.
The evga gtx 650 TI 1GB GDDR5, the core clock is at 1.07Ghz. But I can't SLI it.
Or a Asus HD 7770 2GB of GDDR5 the core clock is 1.02 Ghz and it's 4 dollars cheaper. And I can buy another one and Cross Fire it.
Or if you have any recommendation for a card around those prices (100-135) I'd love to hear them.

GZ means it's already OC

This has 2 fans so you can OC it even more and it's way better than 7770.

650 ti is better than 7770 BTW
