100% 24/7 when running games

My cpu is being weird, I can barely run discord and league of legends at the same time, it’s always at 100% in the task manager. I tried to reinstall thermal paste, but that didn’t work. Everything was plugged in correctly, same issue. Then, when I try to open overwatch, it’s stuck at a black screen when I launch it every single time. Please help.

Specs:
Power supply: 500w
Cpu: rx 6300 3ghz
Gpu: r9 560 4gb
Ram: 8gb
OS: windows 10

Found the solution
Windows key+r
Type “msconfig”
Select boot, advanced options
If “selected processors/cores” is checked uncheck it
Click ok then apply
Reboot pc

Well you or someone else must have checked that option at some time in the past, because the default setting is "unchecked".

Anyhow, glad you found the solution..
