100% activity D:/ drive when screen goes black

Whenever the screen of my monitor goes black because of inactivity I have noticed that one of my hard drives (total of C,D,E,F,G,H drives) makes alot of reading noise and when I go to check on task manager I see that my D drive is working at 100%. It only does it when the screen goes black and it stops as soon as I wake my monitor.

Windows telemetry/indexing. Its normal, windows does this when pc is unused.

It could also be your antivirus. They sometimes are scheduled to scan when idle.
