$100 Combo (mITX)

Hey,

I am replacing in inside of a Shuttle SH61R4 (which is made to work with regular mITX as well)..

Is there any place, where I can get a combo for about $100?
I need motherboard, cpu and memory.

Doesn't matter if it is new or used.
But has to be off a newer standard.
Like AM2+ or S775 or newer and I need a PCI-E slot in the motherboard, since I have the case, hard drive, shuttle 250 watt psu, evga gt 440 1 gb gfx, so I wanna put it all in that.

Hope you guys can help me.

It would come in at around at least $130, and even then it will probably lag during web surfing.

In my opinion, it's kind of a waste of money since it can't do anything at all and low quality, but if this is what you want.

Well I have had the Foxconn H61S in another machine built for a friend.

He had the Pentium G620 (2.6 Ghz Dual Core) and 4 GB memory 1333 Mhz with a HD7750 - he was playing games like Hitman Absolution etc.

I was thinking maybe something like that or a H55 itx with i3 530 and 4 GB memory or so
