[SOLVED] 100% cpu resources

100% cpu and looks like tons of rundll32bit going crazy. I am in task manager finally. Anything I can do from there to clear this
 
Solution
Get the Sysinternals "process explorer". Unzip, right click the procexp or procexp64 program (depending on 32 or 64 bit system), and run as admin.

Then see which of the processes are causing the problems in the CPU usage. See if you can tie them to startup processes, and if possible disable them in msconfig, or use CCleaner.
