[SOLVED] 100% cpu usage almost always

Recently i tried overclocking my i5 6600k through my mobo bios. I didnt do anything too crazy and only used the mobo default turbo settings. Ever since then my cpu has run at 90-100% usage during games and I dont nearly get the frames I used to. I got a new mobo and nothing changed. Also moving my mouse in games drops frames 20-30 even if I dont look around. Please help

What speed (GHz) and temperature is the cpu running at while gaming?

3.6 and i have normal temps

if you got a NEW MB you need to reinstall win 10/. that could be the cause of your performance issues

i have the same issue in other games i dont know its work in this game but i installed older version nvidia drivers https://www.nvidia.com/Download/driverResults.aspx/155641 u can try and let me know (i have i5 and gtx 1060)
