Hey guys, so many people seem to have the 100% CPU usage problem with i5 6600k's in Battlefield 1. Mine is overclocked to 4.5ghz, and I'm still getting 100% CPU usage in Battlefield 1.
Another issue is my RAM, I don't think I have enough for Battlefield 1 either (recommended is 16gb).
- I have 1 stick of 8gb DDR4 2400mhz CL15 Kingston HyperX Fury RAM, and was considering purchasing another 4gb CL15 (same brand, same kind 2400mhz etc), to run in dual channel mode to total 12gb RAM - is that enough for BF1? Because it seems like having only 8gb RAM in single channel is hindering my performance too, all of it is being eaten up. Should I add 4gb to total 12gb, or go all the way and add another 8gb?
As for CPU usage, I'd also love some help, I'm running latest drivers for my GTX 1070, I've tried setting PhysX processor to use my GPU too as some reported that fixed their problem, however I am still stuck.
Surely a 6600k should be able to handle this game at ultra settings, 1080p. Any help would be largely appreciated, I'm sick of all these frame drops.
