100% CPU usage (i5-7500)

Hello community!

I have a i5 7500 and yes I know ac origins is a very cpu demanding game, my question is, can my cpu get demaged playing this game for 3 hours always at 100% usage?

No. Your CPU does not get damaged by being at 100% load for extended periods of time. What damages a CPU is heat for extended periods of time. Since your CPU is locked, you don't have to worry about heat. You are good to go!

Monitor temps and make sure it's not getting super high, but 100% usage for extended periods with heat being exhausted adequately from the CPU/case won't hurt it.
