[SOLVED] 100% CPU usage Intel core i7 9750

Hi guys , please help me Im not professional user...
I've bought Asus k571gt-z Laptop lately. CPU: Core i7 9750 GPU: GeForce GTX 1650
My CPU Usage is 100% while I play even light games like PES 2018 , rendering video , install software , ...
And often there is game lag.
I have a good cooler.

Please help me and let me know if my problems are usual or not?!

What is the cpu temperature when doing these things? The 9750 is notorious for running hot and throttling.

I think You are right. I have a great cooler but while doing these thing , my lap top get hot and my lap top Fan work so hard.
Doing these things is harmful?

Try using a program to monitor temperatures, you cannot tell anything by the laptop getting hot. When you say you have a good cooler do you mean a cooling pad? If yes my experience is they do very little to help temperatures.
