100% Cpu usage on every game

Hello comunity, i am experiencing a issue in my computer i never had, for example, before i was able to play League of Legends at 110Fps without problems, but i had only 4 gb of ram, so i decided to buy 8 gigs more of Ram and an SSD, i did a clean installation of win 8.1 64 bits, installed the drivers, and when i try to play League of Legends i can't get more than 5 fps, and i noticed that the cpu was at 90%, it looks like when i open a full screen game, the cpu goes instantly to 90%, even smalls games like gta sa lags incredibly while taking 100% of my cpu, other than that the computer is faster than ever, but im really scared,
My computer is a Msi ge60 gaming laptop
I5 4200h 2.7ghz
Gtx 860m 2gb
12gb Ram
750gb HHD
120gb SSD
could you guys help me?

Are the ram sticks from the same set?

Check that you don't have power saver enabled, it'll keep your CPU at 800mhz. Power profile should be "balanced".

maybe there is a problem with ram try to put another stick of ram on your pc
