100% Cpu usage problem for games

Recently i have noticed that whenever I play rainbow six siege my cpu usage goes up to 100% when I don't remember it doing that earlier. I'm not sure if this is normal or not and I would like other peoples opinions on this. Whenever I minimize the game and ctrl tab over to youtube or whatever the cpu goes back down so is it something to do with my game or my computer all together.

zotac rtx 2060
16 gb ram

And sometimes it goes up to 100% disk
