Question 100% cpu usage problem

hello guys i have a problem at only 2 games World of warcraft and gta my cpu goes 100% cpu usage and then my games are crash or freezing any idea where is the problem?

My Spec :
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5700x Eight-Core Processor
GPU: Sapphire Radeon RX 6750XT 12GB Nitro+
Motherboard: MSI X370 Gaming Pro Carbon (MS-7A32)
SSD M2: Samsung 970 Evo Plus 500GB
SSD: Kingston SSDNow UV400 240GB
HDD: Western Digital Red 1TB
RAM: Kingston HyperX Fury DDR4-2400 1x16 GB
Power Supply: Corsair RMx Series 750X

iam sure its not a hardware problem

How old is the PSU? Original to build, new, refurbished, used? History of heavy use for gaming or video editing?

Use Task Manager and Resource Monitor to determine what all is using the CPU at the times the game crashes or freezes.

Use both tools but only one tool at a time. You will need to keep the tool window open and viewable while gaming in order to watch what is happening.

Also look in Resource Monitor/History and Event Viewer. Either one or both tools may be capturing some error code, warning, or informational event just prior to or at the time of the crashes or freezes.

i buy it new at 2017 and iam only gaming i have this problem only on 2 games i was upgrade my cpu 6 months ago

7 year old PSU used for gaming is a likely suspect.

May be at or nearing its' designed in EOL (End of Life).

What errors etc., if any, are being captured when the PC crashes or freezes?

Increasing numbers of errors and/or varying errors is a sign of a faulty or failing PSU.

Do you have another known working PSU that can be swapped in for testing?

Remember to use only the cables that come with the test PSU.

Also: if you have not already done so be sure that all important data is backed up at least 2 x to locations away from the problem PC. Verify that the backups are recoverable and readable.
