Question 100% CPU Usage Spikes On Idle ?

Hello, I recently encountered an issue with my PC that the cpu usage spikes to 100.
,Most of the usage is from Wmi Provider Host service, but ive checked youtube and only found that it happens mainly where your PC is upgrsded from windows 7, whereas my Pc was always on windows 10.

Also came across a video which talked about VR headsets changing power settings and disabling idle mode, ive entered the provided commands and nothing changed.

Im unable to upload a picutre from my phone, but every thread is like a soike, up and down non stop.

12th gen Intel CPU are going to want W11 for proper management. I would start there.
