Question 100% Cpu usage streaming+gaming on fx 8350 8-Core 4.0 GHz

okay, where do i begin.
since a couple of months i've been getting 100% cpu usage while streaming, even though i know it's an old pc, i NEVER had a problem, temps are fine, i even oc it to 4.7 GHz and it still happens, formatted all my HDDs. updated everything.
could it be just the cpu dying? or the power supply?(even though oc the cpu is stable) i can't buy anything at this time, so im stuck with this pc, so i hope i'ts not that.
any suggestions?

PS: streaming+playing CoD: modern warfare at 1080 was possible months ago, now i'ts impossible.

Are you sure the cpu is no throttling? Does the cpu stay at 4.7GHz whole streaming. The reason I ask idols that motherboard is a poor choice for a 125w FX8350 and low end FM3+ boards were prone to throttling 125w CPU’s even at stock speeds let alone overclocked.

yeah, it was completely fine for like what, 10 years? maybe less, since a bought it just as it is, the only thing that was changed was the gpu over the years. never had a problen until a month or so

Did you check the cpu speed? Doesn’t matter it was fine for 10 years, could be the VRM’s are failing after a very hard life.

yeah yeah, sorry, to answer your question, yes, the cpu speed stays fine even while at 100% usage both overclocked and stock.
