100% CPU usage when trying to open a game

when i trying to open Black squad ( a game on steam platform ) CPU usage increase to 100% instantly and last around 5 minutes and then come back to normal and the game open
actually i can open steam and launcher of the game without any problem ,the problem appear after press the start button on the launcher
i notice process name "Anti Malware Service Executable " runing when CPU is 100%

i have another problem
my touch pad stops and work
stop for around 3 sec and then go work this happens so much
before a week it was work fine
*i clean the touchpad by chlorine / alcohol spray and after this by few days the problem appear

use a mouse and see if that has the same problem or not, if not then u need to replace the touchpad
