[SOLVED] 100% CPU usage while gaming

Everytime i play csgo or valorant i get 100CPU usage which makes my fps drop how to fix?

Specs
Ryzen 3 3200g
8gb 2666mhz
RX 460 2gb

• Ensure all drivers are up to date (not using a driver updater app).
• Close all background resources as to not use CPU resource.
• Change the in game settings to be less CPU reliant.
• Overclock or Upgrade CPU.

It’s a 4-core/4-thread CPu, so high CPU usage is a fact of life in any/ every game....
