100% disk all the time.

hey guys, i've been having this problem for quite some time now and it's extremely annoying as it makes my PC slow. I have tried disabling windows search and doing many other fixes however they only work for a short amount of time, then the problem comes back.

PC specs info:
i5-2400
GT 1030 (GDDR5)
4GB ram
WD blue 500 GB HDD.

What version of windows?

Can you show screenshot from Resource Monitor - Disk tab, Disk Activity section (not Processes with Disk Activity) and
make file names fully readable and order by column Total ?

File names are not visible (you have to adjust column width) and ordering is not done by column total (it's ordered by I/O priority).
