100% disk space and high memory space

Hi, so for the past I'd say 3 moths I've been having trouble with my disk space, and recently my memory space has been acting up. I know this shouldn't be happening because my specs are good enough to run it, if someone could tell me how to once and for all fix it I'd be extremely greatful. Thanks.

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help in solving the issue.
- Start by running Windows Update and install all the updates available.
