100% disk usage after clean boot

I have completed all the basic suggestions to fix my 100% disk usage issue on windows 10 and it helped some. then went to a clean boot disabling all start up programs except for Microsoft but it shows 100% disk usage off the bat . Any suggestions?

This must be something running in background. Do you have steam installed? If so, it's possible that it's downloading updates for your games.

I don't recall seeing any program on the list called Steam, I am guessing you are talking about Nvidia. I will look into this. Thanks!!!

Kellie, Steam is a games platform and has nothing to do with Nvidia whatsoever. If you don't have steam installed in your pc then check task manager and see what process is consuming resources the most. Also have your pc scanned for any anti-virus/malware.
