Yesterday I built my computer in a h510 nzxt case with
ryzen 3600x (New)
msi 1660 ti (Used)
2 sticks of 4gb ddr4 3200 gskill ripjaw ram (New)
650w powerspec psu (New)
2tb barracuda hd (New)
and b450m pro4 asrock motherboard (New)
Temps are fine and all drivers are up to date
so my first issue is if i do any action aka open steam chrome etc my disk usage goes to 100% and i downloaded the seagate software and tested it and seems the hard drive is fine i also switched the sata cables to see if that the problem...no dice also disabled all annoying windows services
also when im gaming game i get these like freeze stutters where the audio cuts out. the fps stays consistent and im not sure what that means ram maybe?
ANY HELP WOULD BE SOLID
also fa sho buying an ssd this weekened should i upgrade ram too?
PSA WILLING TO UPGRADE IF NEED BE JUST DONT KNOW WHAT TO BUY
