100% Disk usage but without any issues...

So i have 100% disk usage in my laptop, but i do not have any problems with my pc, still, this thing worries me, i do not have any problems but, it still scares me :s

Run Resmon.exe (its part of windows so no need to download anything) and when it loads switch over to the Disk tab and have a look at all the things using the HDD.

Post a screenshot or video of it to a hosting site, such as imgur, and like to it here if you need more 'eyes' to look at it.

Also, have you updated and ran antivirus & anti-malware apps?
