[SOLVED] 100% disk usage during Windows update

Heya,
Since a while ago the disk usage of my pc starts to ramp up to a 100% and stays there untill I power off the pc manually. This happens immediately everytime when Windows update tries to install update KB4520008. This means I cannot use my pc for more then a few minutes untill Windows updates starts up and tries to update.
I have tried almost everything like disabling Superfetch and Search, running chkdsk /f /r, and so on. I don’t know what to do about this problem. I hope someone can tell me how to fix this!

is it a Hard Drive HDD or an SSD? post your pc specs

you will eventually have to power it up and just leave it until all updates are done is the fix, or clean installing windows which I am pretty sure you would not want to do.

I'd try: Doing a Windows 10 Repair Install or Feature Update Using the Windows 10 ISO file
