100 disk usage for long time

is using disk for 100 % for long time will affect his performance or lifetime ?

many disks once having difficulty reading certain files/sectors will stay busy a long time trying to read the data....

Naturally, if the disk activity is normal, there is no issue....

RUn a GsmartControl 2 minute test....look for any Smart errors.....
