Question 100% disk usage /games crush

I don't know if I'm on the right category but i recently bought a pc which had an i7 4710hq 8gb ram and a gtx 850m nothing is wrong with the processor or the ram when i start windows 10 and the disk usage is 100% after some time it calms down then i can start playing some game I played paladins and cs go and both of them crash on this screen shown below

is this because of the disk usage???(because processor and ram usage didn't do beyond 50% usage) and if it is what should I do Isearched every youtube video but nothing worked do I change the hdd with an ssd or do I downgrade to windows 7 or 8

I think i found what the problem was iw was not the disk usage my laptop was used so I stupidly forgot to check tempreture which was the problem when launching the game the processor tempreture was lore than 80c i think i have to change the thermal paste but i'm still looking for a solution to the disk usage

To get the disk working better, swap for a new drive (SSD is best) and do a clean Windows setup if you have not in a while.
