100% Disk usage is driving me crazy

I tried to disable every service posible and task manager is still showing me that my disk is 100%
my components are:i5 7200U, 4gb of ram, 1tb hdd, and i should mention that is a asus laptop(asus X541UA).

this is a fresh install of windows 10. task manager won`t show me whats using the disk. Please help me, i really am out of ideas....

You only have 4GB of RAM. Windows is eating that like candy. You need more RAM.

i don`t nned more ram, my memory is like 50% max always, it is the disk that is 100%

Okay. Usually the cause of that after a fresh install is missing a driver. Go to your device manager and look to see if there is a x over anything in the list or possibly a question mark or warning sign
