update atm it looks like everything has gone stable i have a idle cpu at 1% and disk usage is around 0-3 $ at times but as soon as i try to download or install games my disk usage jumps back to 100% and my computer slows down alot

Installing games require a lot of memory and space. To ensure the stability of your installation, the process should be given high priority. So it is normal for a PC to show high disk usage. Close all other background process and antimalwares if any. Your defender might interfere with some installations, so disable it before running the setup.

is the Adata your only drive?

If you cloned from an earlier SATA drive, it's possible you are missing correct NVME drivers..

Within device mngr, look under 'Storage COntrollers" and see if you see your 'Adata NVME' or similar listed...(I don't see anything from Adata that implies a unique NVME driver is available, so, perhaps a generic Microsoft NVME drive will show under 'storage devices'?
