Question 100% disk usage on new ssd and other problems

I was having problems with 100% disk usage problems for a while and after the ssd died somehow after only having it for a few months i upgraded to an mx500 1tb. After hooking it up and installing all my drivers except for my graphics card, i'm at 100% disk space again. It's so bad that i can't even update windows and due to that i can't install my graphics card drivers. This is really stressful and taking it to a shop is my last resort can someone please help me out here?

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS.

Use Task Manager and Resource Monitor to observe what is being launched at boot time (Startup) and actively reading/writing to disk.

How did you install windows? If you are restoring a backup then you probably need to go into disk management and extend the partition into the unused space. There is a possiblity that you cannot. Windows only lets you extend to unallocated space immediately to the left so if there is a recovery partition there or something then you will need to use a 3rd party partition utility to move it and then resize C:

I would re-install Windows from clean.
