Hi all

So recently I have noticed, (especially when playing games) that my computer seems to freeze for a second and than resumes. It started to bug me so I brought up task manger to see how my computer was performing, and right away my disk usage was at 100%. And this was just me sitting on my desktop. So I decided to do some research and tried many of suggested steps such as, resetting RAM memory, disabling windows search, scanned my disk for any problems and none of them really worked. But one of the options suggested to disable some of the services and so I went into my services and disabled some that I new wouldn't harm my computer or cause any problems. And after that I concluded that the NIVDIA services once stopped seem to lower my disk usage. I also went into the service program and changed the NIVDIA services startup type to manual. But when I restart my computer I have to open up task manger and stop the services from running and end them and the disk usage will drop from 100%. I am not very familiar with disk usage, like when should it hit 100%? Because when I bring up a game it shoots up to like 98-100 % than when I start playing the game it goes down to like 5-20%. What are normal disk usage values for opening applications or bringing up chrome?

Also would re-setting my computer help this problem at all?

I have attached some pictures of the services and task manger.

This is the disk usage after I have stopped/disabled the NIVDIA service and programs and I just on chrome (the disk usage goes between 4-10 percent). https://ibb.co/7KcsLDC

These are NIVDIA services I stopped which seems to sort out the problem. https://ibb.co/xz4LSng

These are the NIVDIA services that i turned to manual in the service program. https://ibb.co/HprFydL

This is what happens when I bring up a game than it hovers between 4 and 20 percent. https://ibb.co/HPM97s3

Again I don't know much about disk usage so excuse my lack of knowledge. Any help and suggestions would be great to help fix the pain.

Thanks!

Did you install any software recently? Any hardware changes? Any driver updates?
