Question 100% disk usage = pc freeze

Hello, I have this build:
GPU: GTX 1080 8gb
CPU: i5 7400
RAM: 2x8GB
MOBO: MSI250M
PSU: 630W
SSD: 500GB
WIN10 x64

Once in a while (10 minutes) disk goes to 100% and it causes pc to freeze
i've tried all the things mentioned on youtube, disabled sysman, search and so on, but still nothing

windows is recently installed

can a new ssd remove these problems?

Which SSD? Any other drives/disks in the system? How full is the SSD?

I'm sure someone else is going to mention this. There are no good/quality 630W PSUs. What you have is a garbage brick pretending to be a PSU. If you have a GTX 1080 plugged into it I'd replace this as soon as you can. I'm not sure if this is the cause of your problem, but I wouldn't run a GPU like the GTX 1080 on a "630W" PSU.

SSD Kingston A400 480GB SATA-III 2.5 inch

and my bad, the psu is 650W, but from my knowledge that is ok
also, i tried running the pc without the gpu, and the freezes still occured

2 chrome tabs and a downloading movie (100% disk)
when pc freezes, all usages (cpu, gpu, memory) go to 0% utilisation, and disk to 100
and that's why i suspect the ssd is dying
i've already bought a new one, waiting for it to arrive
i'll come back in a few days with what i'll find

I see this is a dupe thread. You've already asked this twice. And somehow both times listed the PSU wrong? If you already bought the new disk I hope it works out. I would have done more digging to see what the problem is. Good luck to you. (and please don't open another thread on this. You have two. Use them.)

ok, i've installed win10 on new ssd (which is m2 this time, not sata3) and looks like the freezes while using windows are gone (didn't test it in games/ heavy programs yet)

tested it in a match of csgo, not a single freeze, looks like the ssd was the prioblem (now, i think i got another problem, monitor flicks xD)
