I know I'm not the only person who has had 100% Disk Usage problems, but my problem is none of the remedies online have worked for me (some work temporarily, but this issue always comes back). I've tried the virtual memory, I've tried disabling superfetch and BITS, and updating my drivers, but to no avail my computer still hits 100% disk usage more often than not.
It's not only 100% disk usage, it's 100% disk usage with no read or write or response
(I'm not sure if the picture will show up)
My laptop isn't very old, and this problem has managed to annoy me to no end. I can't browse the internet or god forbid play a game without having to wait for my computer to respond.

Acer Aspire V7-482PG-5438
Windows 8.1 64 bit, up to date
CPU: Intel Core i5-4200U
RAM: 8GB (7.88GB usable)
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GT 720M
500GB HDD
