100% disk usage (SOLVED/FIXED)

A couple days ago my Disk usage was around 90-100% and it didnt even have applications running. I tried lots of tricks but none of them worked. I reset my PC i did a disc check, earlier i thought it was because of uTorrent, i've been downloading lots of stuff via uTorrent. I thought my PC was full of Malware or maybe even a virus, i reset my PC and after i did that i scanned my PC for malware and other stuff like that, no malware was found and uTorrent is also not on my system anymoreNOTE: I disabled automatic windows updates, they were constantly running and now i have 3%-10% disk usage, here is how you can fix this: v=3rvUGfhiIus]https://www.youtube.com/watch?]v=3rvUGfhiIus

where di you read that 90 c temp also do you have any background software on system all the time .

I was playing a game and then i felt my pc was super hot so i checked on MSI afterburner and it was 90 degrees

I tried a disk scan and a memory test and there was nothing wrong, i set MSI value to 0 i disabled superfetch and prefetch, thanks for your reply, i appreciate it.

try uninstall uTorrent and see if problem persists. Could be the software is using your disk all the time.

I reset my pc and uTorrent was also deleted, i didnt download it after the reset, i do see ''svchost.exe'' in my task manager, it is listed in Details more than 25 times, is this normal, that some of these Programs are in my details section on task manager more than 1 times? Thanks for your reply

I do have AVG and AntiMalwareBytes and already scanned multiple times with various programs, no succes

Update: Windows was installing an update the whole time so i turned it off, now my disk usage is 6% as im writing this. Thanks for all your answers and trying to help me! Thanks and greetings, Sam

Thanks for sharing, it seems every windows has that bug, my win7 has that once and I thought win10 must be fine...
