Whenever i open a program on windows 8 no matter what it is my disk usage spikes to 99 or 100 and stays there for a few seconds. If i am browsing on google chrome this happens every new tab making browsing incredibly slow, I also only got this computer 3 days ago and it had windows 10 on it and i was having the same issue so i installed windows 8 with a clean install but it still gives me the issue. The fixes i have tried are disabling superfetch, windows search, running a disk check which i will post the log for below. going into the registry and fixing the sata controller glitch thats common with this even booting in windows safe mode. i also tried setting power settings to high performance.
my specs are
amd athlon II X2 B26 processor 3.20 ghz
