100% Disk Usage "System" Only When Downloading

Video of me trying to download a Steam game update.

As you can see in the video, the task "System" Takes almost 100% disk usage, and only when downloading something.

Things i did already:

• Scan the PC With 2 Different AV's.
  Stopping DiagTrack service

System task = memory management so its possible that it uses all that because you downloading a game that needs to be written to the drive as you go, so it uses both the page file and storage to achieve that goal and not ram.

is drive an ssd or hdd? write speed doesn't equal your download rate so its putting everything it downloads into a buffer and only writes it occasionally judging by your graphs

Do you have more than 1 drive as the written data doesn't seem to match what you have received.

This is a problem because it worked super duper fast like 2 weeks ago. So saying that this could be normal is not correct at all.

I'm using 1 hdd That is splited in 2 "Drives?" C/ And D/
