[SOLVED] 100 disk usage upon exiting sleep mode?

Hello everyone. Lately my PC has been stuck at 100% disk usage for at least 10 minutes after I exit sleep mode. This only started recently. I thought it was a virus, but looking at task manager, all the programs that run should be legitimate. Sometimes it's windows processes, sometimes NVIDIA, sometimes antimalware, etc. I deactivated all startup programs, so those aren't the issue. Any help would be appreciated.

I checked my HDD health and it should be fine. My cpu health is fine as well. Here are my specs:
Intel i5-4590 3.3 GHz
8 GB RAM
GTX 1060 6GB Video Card
Gigabyte H81M-DS2V Motherboard

And after about 15 to 30 minutes this problem almost completely stops. But it always happens after I leave sleep mode.

I analyzed the hard drive, it was completely fine. Checking the programs, it seems to have stopped. I force stopped some of NVIDIA's automatic processes earlier, that might have been what fixed it. Thank you for the help!
