100% disk usage while playing games

so a recently upgraded my motherboard and cpu (motherboard ASUS H81M-K Micro-ATX H81) and (cpu i7 4470) cpu is old but all i could afford as soon as i built and started my pc up i noticed it was running slow so looked at task manager and was at 100% disk usage and it constantly stayed at 100% even when doing nothing then i used advanced system care and did a disk optimisation and turned my pc off and on and the 100% disk usage stoped happening but now when i play games my disk usage is 100% and it stutters and freezes now when playing these games my cpu is only at 50 to 60 % usage and my gpu is 56% and ram is 80% i never had this problem before i upgraded (update so i tested my pc on pubg and it runs fine and i dont get 100% disk usage so it seems that this only happens on gtaV)

Not enough RAM can cause excessive caching to the HDD/SSD. It can also be a sign of a failing drive.
